Resolved:Unable to enter 1099-MISC for "Manufacturer Incentive Payments" accurately in interview

If a 1099-MISC was received for "Manufacturer Incentive Payments," such as payments paid by an automotive manufacturer, whether made directly to individual sales persons or through a dealer.
The income should be entered as "Other Income" on Line 21 of the 1040.
The interview for 1099-MISC income was classifying this income as "Self Employment" income on Line 12 of the 1040.
Solution:
This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 2/28/2013.
