Resolved:NY: Unable to Generate Form IT-257 in TurboTax Online

Issue has been resolved.

Some users of TurboTax Online in the state of New York are unable to produce Form IT-257; the interview screen for refundable credits does not offer this form. Additionally, desktop customers cannot select this form in interview mode, but can bring it up in Forms Mode.
