Large Purchases Entered In Interview Are Not Visible After Changing "Sales Tax Rate"

If you enter a sales tax rate for a state and enter a major purchase for the state, the information for the major purchase is visible in interview.
However, if you then go back and change the "Sales Tax Rate" for the state, the information for the major purchase entered previously in no longer visible through interview
Workaround:
Please use the following steps to resolve this issue
To change your sales tax on major purchases – IF you haven’t made any changes yet:
- Return to the Deduction & Credits section
- On the “Your 2012 Deductions & Credits” screen, select Update for the “Sales Tax” topic
- Choose “Easy Guide” to enter your sales tax info
- At the “Places You Lived” screen – delete the State and confirm the deletion
- Then re-enter the location and your purchases
To change your sales tax on major purchase – IF you changed the sales tax rate.
- Return to the Deduction & Credits section
- On the “Your 2012 Deductions & Credits” screen, select Update for the “Sales Tax” topic
- Choose “Easy Guide” to enter your sales tax info
- Select “Edit” for the place you lived
- Continue to the “Enter Your Total Sales Tax Rate (Percentage)” screen
- Change the rate back to the original percentage
- Continue through the major purchases screen until you reach the “Places You Lived” screen.
- Delete the State and confirm the deletion
- Re-enter the state with the new rate. You’ll need to re-enter your purchases again.
