Issue Resolved
Maryland Form 502UP, Line 2, is incorrectly using 2011 taxable income under the following tax situations:
- Your filing status is Single and your adjusted gross income (AGI) is over $100,00, OR
- Your filing status is Married Filing Jointly and your AGI is over $150,000
In these situations, the 2011 exemptions amounts should be used and the tax should be recalculated based on 2011 rates with 2012 taxable income.
