Manually Update TurboTax Business 2008

If you're having trouble updating TurboTax 2008 Business from inside TurboTax, you can manually download and install your federal update.

TurboTax 2009 Business users: Click here for 2009 manual updates.

 

 

Manual updates are not available for TurboTax Business State products; click here instead.

1. Close TurboTax and all other programs except this browser window.
2. Click the button below to download the update:

   

3. Save or Run the file (we recommend saving it to your Desktop).
4. If you chose to save your file, go to your Desktop after the file is finished downloading and double-click the "vise grip" icon, which looks like this:

   

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
6. When finished, verify that your TurboTax program is up-to-date.
