If you're unable to update your TurboTax 2011 for Mac software, contact us for a manual update by calling 1-800-797-4625 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.
Press 0# (zero pound) if you are asked to enter an Incident ID.
Please note that manual updates are simply an alternative way to update TurboTax. Manual updates will not convert an older version of TurboTax to a newer one. Here's why.
