If a "Previous state of residence" is entered in the "Personal Info" area of the interview, using the "Military" version of TurboTax Online

The option to edit this information was not displayed when returning to this area of the interview.

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 2/7/2013.
