Error: "You haven't used TurboTax for the last 20 minutes...." when signing in to TurboTax Online

When signing in to TurboTax Online you see this message:

For your security
We have logged you out.
We do this automatically if you haven't used TurboTax in the last 20 minutes.
This can also happen if there's a server problem on our end, but that's not common.
All your information has been saved. Log in again and we'll pick up where we left off.

Solution

Your computer may be trying to access a stored TurboTax page.

To resolve this, try clearing your cache and then close your browser. Reopen your browser and sign in again.
