Kentucky 2011: Estimated Tax Penalty

Kentucky taxpayers may be required to pay their tax liability in scheduled periodic payments throughout the year. Penalties may be assessed if these payments are not made by certain deadlines.

Certain customers, who made a 2011 first quarter estimated tax payment to Kentucky between April 16 and April 18, 2011, may have filed an incorrect Kentucky tax return.

TurboTax has fixed this issue.
