Print Reports in ItsDeductible

You can print the following reports in ItsDeductible Online:

• Item Donations by Charity - Lists all item donations sorted by charity.
• Money Donations - Lists all cash donations.
• Mileage Donations - Lists all mileage and unreimbursed travel expense donations.
• Stock Donations - Lists all stock donations.

Take the following steps:

1. Log into ItsDeductible Online.
2. Click the 2012 Donations or 2011 Donations tab, as appropriate.
3. Click the blue View Summaries link, which is located near the bottom of your screen.
4. On the Summaries screen, click the HTML or PDF icon next to the report you want to print.
5. Click Print Report (if you chose HTML) or the printer icon (if you chose PDF).
6. (Optional) In the new window, choose Landscape mode for larger, easier to read print. If you don't see this option, search for it by clicking buttons and/or tabs in the window (look for options labeled Properties, Preferences, Advanced, or Page Setup).
