How to Empty Your Computer's Temp Folder

Follow these steps:

Close windows and programs.
Click the Start button, and then choose Run. (In Windows 7, choose All Programs > Accessories > Run).
In the Run window, type %temp%, and then click OK.
When the default Temp folder opens, open the Organize menu at top (the Edit menu in Windows XP), choose Select All, and then press Delete.
Confirm deletion.
