TurboTax offers two types of free tax products: the Federal Free Edition you selected on TurboTax.com and the TurboTax Freedom Edition, which is available at taxfreedom.com.

The Federal Free edition is designed for simple tax returns, and is available to everyone. The Freedom Edition, on the other hand, is only for people with lower incomes.
