Resolved:Unable To Enter "Various" As Country For Foreign Dividends

Article ID: SLN65162

When entering a 1099-DIV that contains an amount paid in (Box 6) for Foreign Tax Paid.

The interview recommends entering 'Various' if there is more than one country.

If 'Various' was entered, this entry was caught in error check and the error was unable to be cleared.

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 12/13/2012.
