Troubleshoot Installing (Mac)

To troubleshoot common problems installing the TurboTax CD:

• Check your CD for visible damage. If damaged, request a replacement.
• Be sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
• Verify you have administrator rights on your computer.
• Turn off file sharing.
• Try installing the CD from a second CD/DVD drive on your computer, if you have one.
