Solution:

We have found a solution to this error, something on your computer is blocking some of the TurboTax files from installing properly. Please use the following steps to get past this error:

Uninstall TurboTax
Restart your computer in Selective Startup mode, see support article GEN12638 for these procedures
Reinstall TurboTax in Selective Startup mode.
Restart computer in normal startup mode.
