Error 4101: Setup is already running

Error 4101 occurs when attempting to install .NET 2.0:
Another instance of setup is already running.
More than one .NET 2.0 installation program is running on your computer. You may have inadvertently started the setup program more than once.
Solution
To resolve this error, follow these steps:
- Press the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys simultaneously.
- In the Windows Security window, select Task Manager.
- In the Windows Task Manager window, select Applications.
- If Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Setup is listed more than once, highlight each extra occurrence, click End Task, and then close the Task Manager window.
- If Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Setup is listed only once, close the Task Manager window.
- If .NET 2.0 installation does not complete successfully, restart your computer, and then install your TurboTax CD or download.
