Error 2350 is Encountered When Installing TurboTax 2011

We have received reports of error 2350 occurring when TurboTax 2011 is installing.

Solution

This error may be related to security or backup software running in the background. Please disable all antivirus, firewall, and online backup software before attempting to install TurboTax.

It is most commonly caused by issues with the Microsoft .NET Framework, please uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework 4. If you have further issues, consult this article for more troubleshooting steps.
