"Insert CD" or "Blank CD" Message After Inserting TurboTax CD

If your CD/DVD drive doesn't recognize the TurboTax CD, you might be prompted to insert a CD or choose an action for the "blank" CD.
Solution
Start by checking your TurboTax CD and CD/DVD drive.
If that doesn't solve the problem, contact TurboTax Support or request a replacement CD.
