Why aren't all my banks from Mint listed when I try to import into TurboTax?

Here are the most common reasons you do not see all your banks or other financial institutions from Mint:

  • Your bank or other financial institution does not offer tax-related documents online. Please contact your bank for more information.
  • TurboTax does not yet provide import capabilities for all banks and financial institutions. We're working on adding as many as we can, as quickly as we can. For more info, see TurboTax Financial Partners.
  • You recently added this bank account to your Mint.com account. After Mint.com has refreshed your account data, you can open TurboTax and import again. For help, visit Mint.com > Get Help and click on the Bank Account tab.

 

Tip: Only forms that Mint can access can be imported. If you're unable to import through Mint.com, you might be able to import directly from the bank or financial institution.
