No User ID Found or Data Available When Importing ItsDeductible Online
If you are importing your charitable donations information using It'sDeductible Online, you may experience the following error when you enter your user ID and password:
"The requested information cannot be imported from ItsDeductible Online. No user found or no user data available"
How to resolve this issue
You'll get this error when there is no data available to import from ItsDeductible. Verify that you are (1) logged on to the appropriate ItsDeductible account and (2) that the account contains data for the tax year you are trying to import.
You can also get this error when ItsDeductible Online is open while you import your donations information. Make sure that you close the ItsDeductible Online program and then try to import your donations information again.
If the solutions above do not resolve the error, try resetting your ItsDeductible password. Even though you are entering the correct password in TurboTax for ItsDeductible, resetting it may allow you to get past this error.
To reset your ItsDeductible password:
- In the ItsDeductible log on screen, select Forget your password?
- Follow the on-screen instructions to change your password.
- Import ItsDeductible data into TurboTax.
