Correct Tax Line Selection Not Available When Importing From QuickBooks

TurboTax may ask the user to select a tax line for certain accounts while importing

Please try the steps below to resolve the issue

Work Around:
Listed below are a few possible work-arounds for this issue.
After attempting any of these make sure you close your quickbooks company from the file menu, and then reopen before importing.
- Try switching between cash and accrual accounting method before you import. Then after importing go back to the business information section and change back to your original accounting method.
- If you have sub-accounts, the type of the lowest sub-account will determine the drop-down selection for the entire account when importing. This may be affecting the account selection type.
- Make sure the accounts in question are listed as Active. If they are not active TurboTax will default the account as income and the account will not flow to your profit and loss statement when imported.
