When will I receive my Audit Defense Membership Kit?

Your TurboTax Audit Defense Membership will be fully processed in 5 to 7 business days. Once processed, your certificate and membership agreement will be available for viewing and printing at the TRI website.

You will also receive an email from TaxResources, with a link to their website, notifying you that your membership has been processed and your certificate is ready to be printed.

To make sure you receive the email message, add AuditDefenseCertificate@taxaudit.com to your spam whitelist or Safe Senders List. If you have questions about your membership, you can call our toll free customer service number 877-829-9695.
