You may experience this issue when your monitor resolution is set incorrectly.

TurboTax can only support up to certain monitor resolutions.

If your display is set to 1080p or higher, you will not be able to open tax returns. To solve this issue, lower your monitor's resolution to 864p or lower and restart TurboTax.
