What is the difference between online and desktop versions of TurboTax?

The biggest difference in the programs is that the disc or download offers "Forms Mode" which allows you to switch to view the digital forms you are filling out with the program. The online version also requires you to sign in where the desktop version is on your own computer where no sign in is necessary. More info
