Error: Unable to Pay for SnapTax Through App Store - iPhone

When you tried to purchase SnapTax through the App Store, you received the message:
Purchase Not Complete
Sorry, we were not able to complete
your purchase.
This is a message from the iTunes App Store and not from SnapTax.
Don't worry. If your transaction did not go through, you were not charged for your SnapTax returns.

Troubleshooting Tips for Purchasing Through the iTunes Store
You may have trouble completing your purchase if...
- You disabled app purchases on your iPhone
- You are in an area with limited Internet/WiFi or poor cellular connectivity
- You are not signed in to your iTunes Store account.
- You signed into the wrong iTunes account.
- You do not have valid credit card info on file.
You disabled app purchases on your iPhone
- If this is your issue, you should receive the message "In App Purchases not enabled."
- On the Home screen, tap Settings > General > Restrictions.

- Enter your four-digit Passcode.
- On the Restrictions > Disable Restrictions screen, tap the On/Off switch next to an item to change it to On (e.g. iTunes, Installing Apps, etc.).

- Try your purchase again.
You are in an area with limited Internet/WiFi or poor cellular connectivity
- The App Store may "time out" your purchase transaction.
- Move to an area with better reception.
- If you can't or don't want to move, your purchase should go through eventually, but it may take several tries.
- Try your purchase again.
You are not signed in to your iTunes Store account.
- If this is your issue, you should be asked to sign in to your account. If you are not asked to sign in, do it now.
- On the Home screen, tap Settings > Store > Sign In.

- Try your purchase again.
You signed into the wrong iTunes account.
- On the Home screen, tap Settings > Store.
- Look at the Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- If you are logged into the wrong account, tap Sign Out.
- Tap Sign In to access the right account.
- Try your purchase again.
You do not have valid credit card info on file.
- On the Home screen, tap Settings > Store > View Apple ID.
- You may be prompted to Sign In to view your account information.
- On your account info screen, tap Edit to add or change credit card info.
- Try your purchase again.
