Where is my Installation Code?

To re-install (unlock) your Promotional TurboTax CD for tax years 2008 through 2011, you'll need your Installation Code.
You'll find your Installation Code on the confirmation email you received when you unlocked TurboTax. Look for an e-mail with the subject line Your TurboTax Order Confirmation, followed by your unique order number. Here is a screenshot of the e-mail we sent for the 2011 Promotional CD (earlier tax year e-mails may differ slightly):
