Your TurboTax Ordering Account, also called My Account, is what you use to:
- Purchase TurboTax products
- Access your TurboTax downloaded software
- Establish or revise TurboTax Advantage (automatic renewal) options
- Check your TurboTax order status
- Review your order history
- Shop the entire line of Intuit products, including Quicken and QuickBooks

Forgot Your TurboTax Ordering Account Member ID?
- Follow the link to the Intuit My Account page.
- Select the Forgot your Member ID? link.
- Submit the e-mail address you provided when you created your TurboTax Ordering Account.
- Your Member ID will be sent via e-mail.
You must have access to the e-mail account you provided when you established your TurboTax or Intuit Ordering Account. If you no longer have access to the e-mail account, you must contact us or create a new ordering account.
Forgot Your TurboTax Ordering Account Password?
- Follow the link to the Intuit My Account page.
- Select the Forgot your Password? link.
- Submit your Member ID.
- Submit the answer to your security question to be provided with your password hint. If you cannot remember the answer to your security question, please contact us.
- If you remember your password when prompted with the password hint, you may Log In.
- If you do not remember your password when prompted with your password hint, select the Reset My Password button.
- Enter and confirm a new password.
- A password reset link will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you created your TurboTax Ordering account. Follow the e-mail link and complete the online Password Assistance form.
You must know your Member ID and have access to the e-mail account you provided when you established your TurboTax Ordering Account. If you no longer have access to the e-mail account, you must contact us or create a new ordering account.
