Trouble Signing In to My TurboTax Account

Follow these directions to regain access to your TurboTax account.
- Go to My TurboTax by clicking the link in the upper right corner at TurboTax.com.
- Click Having trouble signing in?
- In the new window, click I forgot my user ID and/or password and cannot access my e-mail.
- Do this even if you CAN access your e-mail.
- On the next screen, fill in all four fields, and then click Continue. Tips:
- Enter the Social Security number of the first person listed on your return.
- The ZIP Code field only requires 5 digits.
- Answer your Security Question
- Update your account information and you're done!
