I don't want to file my state

TurboTax can file just a Federal return. When you get to the State Taxes tab simply click the Wrap Up tab instead of Continue. This will allow you to skip over starting a state return. If you did start a state return, you can select the State Taxes tab, press Continue, and choose the Delete option next to your state. After deleting your state return, TurboTax will walk you through filing your Federal return.
