Under certain conditions, you may receive this error when attempting to electronically file your tax return.

You may receive the error "Form 3903 Must Be Present to E-file," if:

you are in the military - and -
you are claiming a moving expense

We plan to have this issue fixed in an upcoming product update by 2/19/2011.
