Here's another message you may be seeing:
The Intuit Electronic Filing Center is having difficulty recognizing the data you are sending. To ensure you have the latest version of TurboTax, wait 24 hours to update your program automatically. If you still can't transmit your return, go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or workaround. In some cases, you may need to file your return by mail.
Possible Causes
You may get this error when attempting to e-file a 6th tax return using the same email address.
Another reason is that your credit card information is not valid. A third reason is that your browser (or a custom setting) is incompatible with TurboTax.
Solutions
If you were trying to file a 6th tax return using the same e-mail address, you'll need to switch to a different e-mail address per IRS regulations. More info.
Otherwise, click the File tab, proceed to the screen where you entered your credit card information, and clear it all out.
Then, continue on and transmit your return. You'll get an error about fixing your missing credit card info; follow the directions to re-enter your card information, and then transmit again.
If you are still unable to e-file your tax return, try a different credit card number, or try a different supported browser.
