Personal Information does not Transfer to my State
Customers have reported that personal information entered on the federal return does not transfer to the state. This may cause an error to enter your personal information for your state, when electronically filing.
Please attempt the following to resolve the issue:
- Close TurboTax, restart your computer then re-open TurboTax. Go to your State Taxes and continue to file
- If shutting down the system does not work you will need to remove the state return from your program, please visit the Delete Your State Tax Return support article for instructions.
