Error message: "The primary taxpayer's Social Security number and last name do not match..."

If your return has been rejected by the IRS, don't worry, we can help. 
 
1. Sign in at TurboTax.com
2. Select Tax Summary at the top of the screen.
3. Find the section that applies to your specific error, and select the Change button.
4. After making your changes, select Continue to finish and re-file your return.
