Resolved: Unable To File Due To Schedule 8812 Child Tax Credit

Article ID: SLN66108

There was an error generating in "Error check" indicating Schedule 8812 was not available.

This form was fully available for most situations, however this error would generate in the return if the dependent has an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 2/7/2013.
