RESOLVED: Blank Screen when selecting Direct Deposit in TurboTax Online

Some customers have experienced issues with a blank screen generated after selecting direct deposit in TurboTax Online. This issue is currently occurring when using Internet Explorer 8.

Solution

A product update was released on 1/27/2013 that resolved the issue.
