How to resolve this error
This rejection error is issued by the IRS server. You'll need to verify the employer's or payer's state abbreviation and ZIP code on all W-2, W-2G, 1099-G, and 1099-R forms on your return.
The easiest way to do this is to find the form in TurboTax, re-open it, and verify the information. Make any necessary corrections, then re-submit your return.
Try the U.S. Postal Service's ZIP Code Lookup tool to double-check your employer's or payer's address information. If it's wrong, don't hesitate to enter the correct address in TurboTax.
