RESOLVED: Zip Code does not Match your City and/or State when Attempting to File Electronically
Some customers have experienced an error with zip code when attempting to electronically file the 2012 tax return. The following message will appear in the filing section of TurboTax:
We couldn't process your order because the zip code you provided does not match your city and/or state. Please verify your order information...
A product update was released on 1/24/2013 that resolved the issue. Please log back into your TurboTax Online return to continue and complete your 2012 income taxes.
