Electronic Filing Order Incorrectly Includes Federal Charges when Refund Transfer was used

Some customers have experienced a situation where TurboTax will charge their credit card for both Federal and state filing fees, after Federal was already filed using the Deduct from my Refund option. This may occur in the following situation:

You Filed your Federal return only using the Deduct from my Refund option.
And, you are now filing your State return only using credit card option to pay for the filing fees.

Cause

This situation is caused when Personal Information is changed in the tax return and therefore assumes an additional filing for someone else.
