This issue will be resolved on 2/28/2013.

If your federal return has a Section 179 deduction and you are filing an Arizona Part-Year Resident return an error is being returned for Line C21:

Form 140PY: Line C21 should not exceed Federal I.R.C Section 179 of XXX in excess of $25,000.
