E-file rejection errors 1034, IND-018, or IND-019

Your e-filed return is rejected with error codes 1034, IND-018, or IND-019, along with one of these explanations:

(1034) When Primary Date of Death on the Tax Return is significant, then Name Line 2 must also be significant. When Secondary Date of Death on the Tax Return is significant, then Name Line 2 must also be significant.

(IND-018) If 'PrimaryDateOfDeath' has a value in the return then 'InCareOfName' in the Filer address in the Return Header must have a value.

(IND-019) If 'SpouseDateOfDeath' has a value in the return, then 'InCareOfName' in the Filer address in the Return Header must have a value.
