E-file Rejection "Fix it Now" Errors Must Be Fixed in Your TurboTax Online Account

When your TurboTax Online tax return has been rejected, you must log on to your account to fix any error(s).

Here is how to resolve e-file rejection errors when you receive a "Fix It Now" message:

  1. Log into your TurboTax Online account
  2. On the Home tab, click on Fix it Now.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to fix the error(s).
  4. Now retransmit your tax return.
  5. The "Fix It Now" message will disappear.
