Michigan: Rejections code 236 and 241

Some customers have experienced an E-File rejection from the State of Michigan due to form MI-1040CR not calculating certain fields according to Michigan instructions. This causes the following two rejections:

MI1040CR-236 states "Line 36 must equal Line 35 if box 5a is checked"
MI1040CR-241 states "Line 40 must equal line 35 unless box 5a or 5b is checked"
