Some customers have experienced the following Massachusetts E-File Rejection:

Code 0703 - The Schedule HC, Page 2 is not completed properly

Solution

We have released a product update that has resolved this issue, however additional steps must be performed in order to file successfully. After updating the TurboTax Massachusetts program, you must clear or delete your State tax return. After you have cleared your state return, simply go through the state interview to complete your state return again.
