Electronic Filing Rejection Code F1040-330-01

Some customers have experienced the following federal rejection:

Code 1040-330-01 - If Form 1040, Line 69 has a non-zero value, then the sum of all Form W-2, line 3 must be greater than $110,100

Cause

Rejection 1040-330-01 means that your federal return contains at least one Railroad W-2 where box 3 does not report an amount. Based on the rejection, the IRS is currently not accepting electronically filed returns in this situation, and therefore rejecting the return. We are currently working with the IRS to better understand the situation so that we can update the filing experience within TurboTax.

At this point, you must print and mail in your return.
