Customers Unable to Access State After Download and Install

We are aware of an experience that is occurring where customers download and install a state program and after installation, they are unable to access the state return and appear to be caught in a loop.
 
FAQ SLN66545 has been published addressing this issue and provides a workaround.  The workaround is to restart the TurboTax program, which seems to work for most.
 
If you get a contact regarding this ‘looping” issue, please refer to FAQ SLN66545 and try the workaround.  If this does not resolve the experience, please have your customer sign-up and provide all information that is requested on the form.
