When attempting to download the free state program included in TurboTax for Mac Deluxe, Premier, or Home & Business software, you receive this message:

[State] Available Soon

The state you selected isn't available yet. We expect to have [State] forms available DD/MM/YYYY. Select OK to continue, or Change State to choose a different state.

However, the date displayed in the message has already passed.

Resolution

The first thing you should do is double-check your computer's date and time settings to make sure they are correct. If necessary, correct the settings and try again.

If your computer's date setting is correct, your next step is to verify that your TurboTax program is up-to-date; if it isn't, update your program and try again.
