Unable to download TurboTax products from TurboTax.com

When trying to download TurboTax products from your TurboTax.com account, you are never prompted to download or save the file and are taken to the Account Info tab.
The TurboTax product never downloads and you are stuck in a continuous loop.
Workaround:
- Close out of the browser you are using to access your account (ensure all windows/tabs are closed).
- Open a new browser session and go to http://turbotax.intuit.com.
Note: Make sure the URL does not start with https:// - In the upper right area of the browser window, look for the orange box titled "Used TurboTax Before?" Click on More sign in options.
- Click My Downloads.
- Log in to your TurboTax.com account with your user ID and password.
- Under Downloads & Unlocks, click on the download arrow or link next to your product.
