How to tell if you may be impacted
You may be affected if ALL of the following are true:
- You filed a 2010 Delaware Income Tax Return prior to January 25, 2011; AND
- You filed a Federal Form 1040A; AND
- Your federal return had a credit for Child and Dependent Care Expenses on Line 29 of IRS Form 1040A.
