Oregon 2010: Itemized Deductions for Certain Customers May Be Incorrect

TurboTax Oregon product may have incorrectly calculated the itemized deductions for certain customers.
The issue has been fixed.
How to tell if you are impacted
You are affected only if ALL of the following are true:
- You filed a 2010 Oregon resident tax return prior to March 9, 2011 AND
- You itemized deductions (Schedule A ) on your federal tax returns for both tax years 2009 and 2010 AND
- You received a refund from Oregon for tax year 2009 AND
- You paid a 2009 Oregon estimated tax payment after December 31, 2009.
If you are affected, you may have overpaid your Oregon tax. You will need to amend your Oregon tax return.
