We have received reports of TurboTax 2011 hanging during the splash screen when "OK, we know it's taking a little more than a moment..." is displayed.

Solution

This issue is no longer occurring in the latest TurboTax release.

If you installed TurboTax from a download, uninstall it, and then download your TurboTax product again.
If you installed TurboTax from a CD-ROM, please contact us for a downloaded replacement.
